Delivery
Little Arrival Bag delivers to the UK (except for the Channel Islands) and uses Royal Mail's 1st Class recorded delivery for the majority of its orders. Where orders exceed 4kg in weight a courier service will be used.
The delivery charges are:
Less than £50 - £2.95
£50 or more – Free
Goods will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order, Monday to Friday. Parcels are also dispatched on a Saturday where possible. Please be aware that orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. Royal Mail's 1st Class service aims to deliver the next working day and courier service should deliver within 2-3 days from dispatch. When your order has been dispatched we will provide you, where possible, with an online tracking code for Royal Mail, click here to track your parcel.
Please note we only currently deliver to the card holder/billing address (the address assigned to the credit/debit card used for payment). If you would like goods delivered to your work address* please contact us with the company name and company email address and we will try to arrange delivery to this address.
*This is under the management's discretion and may be refused.
Free delivery is available to Milton of Leys residents in Inverness. Drop us an email for the free delivery code to be entered at the checkout and also to arrange a convenient delivery time.
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure below.
Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused, in a reasonable saleable condition and in its original packaging. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse the return of items where it is apparent that this is not the case.
We are happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund by crediting your original method of payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund customers for the postage and packaging costs incurred when returning goods to Little Arrival Bag. However, we do offer an exchange service which is free of delivery charges.
For any purchases you return within 7 working days of receiving them, we are happy to provide a full refund including any delivery charge. If the item(s) returned is part of a larger order, then no delivery charge will be refunded. If an order is returned to us after 7 working days from receipt, then we will only refund a delivery charge if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
If you are returning or exchanging an item you should complete the returns form which came with your order and enclose it with your returned parcel.

When returning goods please obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office, as Little Arrival Bag cannot be held responsible for returned goods which are lost.
We will write to you to confirm your return or exchange has been processed. You will receive your refund or exchange (when in stock) usually within 5 working days.
